
Tribune CEO to Deliver Keynote at Bear
Stearns Conference
CEO John Madigan to discuss
the multimedia company of the future

CHICAGO, March 6, 2001 -- Two
Tribune Company (NYSE: TRB)
executives will be featured participants at the Bear Stearns
14th Annual Media, Entertainment and Information conference
in Boca Raton, Florida. Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
and President John Madigan will deliver a keynote speech about
the multi-media company of the future and Executive Vice President
Dennis FitzSimons will be a panel member in a discussion on
the current state of the television industry.
The Bear Stearns conference takes place at
the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida. Madigan
is scheduled to speak on Tuesday, March 6 at 12:00 p.m. and
FitzSimons will speak earlier that day at 9:30 a.m. EST. A
live Web cast of their individual appearances will be available
