
Tribune Declares Quarterly Dividend
CHICAGO, July 24, 2001 -- Tribune
Company's board of directors declared a regular quarterly
dividend of $.11 per share of common stock payable on Thurs.,
Sept. 13, 2001, to shareholders of record at the close of
business on Thurs., Aug. 30, 2001.
The dividend was declared today at the board's
regular meeting.
