Tribune to Release Q3 2001 Earnings
on Oct. 18
CHICAGO, October 3, 2001 -- Tribune
Company announced today that it will release third quarter
2001 earnings on Thurs., Oct. 18, before the market opens.
A conference call to discuss third quarter earnings will be
held that day at 8 a.m. (CDT). The full text of the earnings
announcement and accompanying financial tables will be available
on Tribune's Web site, www.tribune.com.
The conference call will be accessible to the
media and general public via Internet Webcast and through
a limited number of listen-only, dial-in conference lines.
To gain access to the call, dial 866/503-1968 at least 10
minutes prior to the scheduled 8 a.m. start. Replays of the
conference call will be available from Oct. 18 - 25. To hear
