Tribune to Present at A.G. Edwards
Conference
CHICAGO, April 8, 2002 -- Tribune
Company (NYSE: TRB) will
present at the A.G. Edwards Media and Entertainment Conference
on Tuesday, April 9. Pat Mullen, Tribune Television president,
will discuss the company's major market media strategy. In
addition, Dennis FitzSimons, Tribune president and chief operating
officer, will participate in a panel discussion regarding
the media industry's regulatory environment.
The A.G. Edwards Conference takes place at
The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada. The panel discussion is scheduled
for 11:40 a.m. PDT (1:40 p.m. CDT, 2:40 p.m. EDT). Mullen's
presentation is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. PDT (6:30 p.m. CDT;
7:30 p.m. EDT).
