"This is an exciting opportunity," said Plonski. "I look forward to continuing Tribune’s strong technology management and to helping the company further leverage its infrastructure and improve its production efficiencies."

Plonski joined Tribune from Classified Ventures LLC, where he was director/technical operations from April 1998 to January 1999, responsible for the development and production of technical systems, data center operations and user support. From 1994 to 1998, he was senior manager/technical operations at Peapod Inc.
