Tribune to Present at Media Conferences
CHICAGO, September 4, 2003
-- Tribune Company (NYSE: TRB) executives
will present at two media conferences next week. On Monday,
Sept. 8, Jack Fuller, Tribune Publishing president, will discuss
the company’s publishing growth strategies at the Morgan
Stanley Global Media & Communications Conference. On Thursday,
Sept. 11, Pat Mullen, Tribune Broadcasting president, and
John Reardon, Tribune Television vice president for West Coast
operations, will discuss the company’s broadcasting
growth strategies at the Merrill Lynch Media and Entertainment
Conference.
The Morgan Stanley event takes place at the Sheraton Boston
Hotel in Boston. Tribune’s presentation begins at 2:00
p.m. EDT (1:00 p.m. CDT, 11:00 a.m. PDT). The Merrill Lynch
conference is at the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel in Pasadena,
Calif. with Tribune’s presentation beginning at 10:25
a.m. PDT (12:25 p.m. CDT, 1:25 p.m. EDT).
A live Webcast of both presentations will be
available through Tribune Company’s Web site, www.tribune.com.
An archive of the Webcasts will be available for four weeks.
