to Present at Mid-Year Media Review

June 15, 2004 -- Tribune
Company (NYSE: TRB) executives will present at Mid-Year Media
Review, an annual analyst conference held by media companies
in New York on Wednesday, June 23. Dennis FitzSimons, Tribune
president, chairman and chief executive officer, Jack Fuller,
Tribune Publishing president and Pat Mullen, Tribune Broadcasting
president will discuss the company's growth strategies.
Mid-Year Media Review takes place at the McGraw-Hill
Building in New York City . Tribune's presentation begins
at 1:00 p.m. EDT . A live webcast of the presentation
