to Announce Second Quarter Earnings on July 15

June 15, 2004 -- Tribune Company (NYSE:TRB)
will announce second quarter 2004 earnings on Thursday, July
15, before the market opens. A conference call to discuss
the results will be held that day at 8 a.m. CT ( 9 a.m. ET
