Tribune Interactive & Classified
Names Bill Razzino Vice President/Finance
CHICAGO, March 7, 2005 --
Tribune Interactive and Classified, a
division of Tribune Company (NYSE: TRB), today announced
that executive Bill Razzino has been named vice president/finance,
effective immediately. He will oversee the finance function
for the organization, and assume the additional responsibility
of overseeing human resources.
"Bill is a talented executive whose leadership
and financial expertise will continue to benefit our growing
business," said Brigid Kenney, Tribune Interactive
and Classified general manager.
Razzino joined Tribune Interactive and
Classified in 2003 as controller. Prior to that, he was
vice president/finance director at Leo Burnett USA, Inc.,
from 2001 to 2003, where he managed accounting and financial
operations for the agency’s
direct and interactive businesses. From 2000 to 2001 he was
vice president and controller at CoolSavings.com. Razzino
started his career in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers
where he rose to the level of audit manager.

A native of Oak Park, Ill., Razzino
received a bachelor’s
degree in accounting from DePaul University. He is member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Illinois CPA Society, and the DePaul University Ledger
and Quill Accounting Alumni Association.
