Tribune to Announce First Quarter Earnings
on April 19
CHICAGO,
April 16, 2007 -- Tribune
Company (NYSE: TRB) said today that it will issue its first
quarter 2007 earnings on Thursday, April 19, instead of
Wednesday, April 18, as previously announced. The company
also said that it will not hold a conference call.
The change is due to the company’s
April 2 announcement of its going-private transaction at
$34 per share.
